I have always believed that we depend on our environment. Throughout my life, communities and environment have remained two essential guides influencing my personality, my goals and choices, for both personal and professional matters. I have been driven by people and places, aiming to bring positive impact, warm energy and inspiration into new spaces, while creating life-long partnerships and communities.
My initial commitment to sustainability took birth with my first words in Transcendence, back in the early 2000s. There, I found the space and freedom to express my thoughts on matters of ethics within the power grids of human domination, as well as environmental impacts due to the evolution of mankind’ strength and the destruction caused by warfare.
In 2009, my aunt Mrs Catherine Ekoko Disashi founded independently one of the largest’s orphanages in the Republic Democratic of Congo, dedicated to protecting and nurturing war and police orphans. ASOMIP, born in Kinshasa, has now opened a second location in Lubumbashi and overseen thousands of children since its launch. The orphanage is highly dependent on donation so please head over here to support the orphanages and their many children! Please reach out to my brother Mr OIrick-Anselme Olenga Disashi for any inquiries.

In 2013, I engaged a stronger resolve to ethics by integrating Berlin’s unique communities, through technology and communications, in addition to music and hospitality. The city’s culture, government and locals engage with less/non financially-driven methods to achieve sustainability, bolstering free exchanges platforms and re-use/recycling to drive waste down and keep price markets low. This allowed me, as an artist, to create in open and accessible spaces; I helped curating and building, and performed at open airs, private events, art and gallery launches whilst administrating and maintaining respect for the environment and safe spaces.
In 2016 began my professional career in sustainability under the incredible leadership of the Mrs Andrea Henao at 360 Agency Berlin, leader in sustainable advertising and ethical governance. She introduced me to the agency’s work in Mongolia and Vietnam, where she established workshops focused on new global advertising regulations, alongside the local chambers of commerce and the European Commission, and their dedicated GSP+ initiative. She initiated me to consumer advertising and data privacy, in order to remodel my approach from marketing to sustainable communications. I integrated 360 Agency Berlin’s values as guidelines to define and identify sustainable businesses and projects from unethical and green-washing entities, before acquiring opportunities and clients.
Our work has led us to positively and ethically impact the fashion, water, automotive, technology, transport, fitness and drinks’ industries, as well as women and social empowerment, data privacy and consumer advertising. We have worked with the European Commission and Greenpeace to deliver the multi-awards winning campaign Beyond Your Clothes, for which I produced and translated the written and PR communication. We deliver highly performing results using integrated ecosystem targeting online and offline audiences, while producing compelling stories and creatives re/defining the brand’s image and values. We provide customised reports, tailored to our clients’ needs and expectations.
I have also executed SEM, email marketing, targeted ads, strategisation, social media and recruitment campaigns, in addition to generating newsletters, translating and adapting content to market, setting up and managing photo and film shootings. I invite you to head over to 360 Agency Berlin to view in more details the work I have accomplished and head to our official website to view the rest of the agency’s work. My performances earned me a promotion as client manager at 360 Agency Europe, launched to bring focus on governmental and sustainable communication and support EMEA certifications, initiatives, and projects.

I completed the Driving business towards the 17 Sustainable Development Goals course, defining the targets established by the European Commission for european and global markets, in order to support the growth of EMEA clients and continue to align my campaigns with global sustainable standards.

In 2026, I joined TraCerLab Group as Head of Marketing & Sustainability. Officially started in 2020, TraCerLab Group‘s founders identified a critical absence of traceability in the essential minerals’ market in central Africa, especially in the Republic Democratic of Congo and engineered a solution.
